About the role:

The Trust currently comprises of 13 academies including special and alternative provision, mainstream primary, an outreach service and music hub. Due to the expansion of the Trust a brand-new Director of London Hub position has been created to provide strategic leadership and guidance for school leaders within the London Schools Hub of the Trust – Special / SEMH schools. This an exciting and unique opportunity to deliver impactful change to the lives of children and young people.

Initially, the role will be working 2 days a week suiting those looking for a part time position as well as those open to working on a secondment basis.

The successful candidate will have a genuine moral purpose as well as a proven track record of delivering meaningful and continuous change in special schools. Significant experience of leading multiple special schools is required along with an in depth understanding of curriculum, pedagogy and practice.

In addition, the Director of London Hub will have a proven background in leading schools to great success, along with the ability to build credible relationships with existing and new Trust school leaders, and a collaborative approach to forging effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role both within the London Hub and collaboratively across the Trust.
