This is a brand new position within the Trust, an exciting and unique opportunity to deliver impactful change to the lives of children and young people. Initially, this role will be working 3 days a week suiting those looking for a part time opportunity or open to working on a secondment basis.

The position of Trust Director of Quality Assurance requires someone with a genuine moral purpose who has been or currently is an experienced Headteacher in any type of provision as well as having experience as an Ofsted Inspector (minimum 5 years) or Lead Ofsted Inspector. A proven track record of successful senior leadership in schools and delivering continuous improvement and meaningful change within schools along with a relentless pursuit to raise the standards and quality of education is also essential for the role.

As a strategic and innovative thinker, the new Trust Director of Quality Assurance will be able to challenge, empower and elevate the Trust’s thinking, to provide inspiring learning experiences for pupils across the evolving Trust.

In addition, the successful candidate must also have:

· The ability to build credible relationships with existing and new Trust school leaders, and a collaborative approach to forging effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.

· Clarity of vision, outstanding evidence-led knowledge of Quality of Education and personal presence to lead on Quality Assurance to enable the Trust to play their part in positively contributing to the sector.

· The ability to build outstanding and professional relationships with all existing Trust school leaders, as well as potential new schools as part of the Trust’s growing network.
