About the role:

Join Us as our IT Service Delivery Lead

At London South East Academies Trust (LSEAT), technology is at the heart of enabling exceptional education and support for our schools. We are looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-focused and highly organised IT Service Delivery Lead to help shape and lead the operational delivery of IT services across our growing Trust.

Why This Role Matters

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people as much as technology. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our schools receive a consistent, high-quality IT service that enables staff and students to thrive. Working closely with school leaders, suppliers and Trust colleagues, you'll turn digital strategy into practical service delivery that makes a real difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the operational delivery of IT services across multiple school sites, managing supplier performance, driving service improvements and acting as the key escalation point for operational issues. You'll build trusted relationships with Headteachers, School Business Managers and senior leaders, whilst ensuring that services meet agreed standards and support the wider Trust's digital ambitions.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading IT service delivery across Trust schools.
  • Managing suppliers and ensuring contractual performance is achieved.
  • Driving continuous improvement through reporting and performance analysis.
  • Supporting technology rollouts, cyber resilience and operational governance.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure outstanding service outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident communicator and relationship-builder with experience of delivering IT services across multiple sites and managing third-party providers. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving services and helping others succeed. Strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.

Why Join LSEAT?

  • Make a genuine impact across a diverse family of schools.
  • Be part of an ambitious digital transformation journey.
  • Work with supportive colleagues who are passionate about improving outcomes for young people.
  • Develop your career through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

About Us

About the Trust

London South East Academies Trust is a growing and ambitious Multi-Academy Trust, currently comprising mainstream, special and alternative provision academies, alongside an outreach service and a music hub. Our schools are located across Bromley, Bexley, Sussex, Lambeth and Surrey, serving a wide range of communities and educational contexts.

Across the Trust, our schools share a strong commitment to raising attainment, encouraging aspiration and supporting social mobility for every pupil, throughout their educational journey and beyond. We take a holistic but personalised approach to education, recognising that children thrive when their individual strengths, needs and circumstances are properly understood and supported. This enables pupils to flourish and achieve their full potential, whatever their starting point.

We believe that great schools are built by great people. As a Trust, we invest in our staff through strong professional development and leadership opportunities, clear expectations and supportive structures. We actively encourage collaboration and the sharing of best practice across schools, supported by high-quality, cost-effective central services that allow leaders and teachers to focus on what matters most: improving outcomes for pupils.

London South East Academies Trust sits within the Elevare Civic Education Group, which also includes a multi-campus further and higher education college, London South East Colleges and a charitable foundation, Elevare Education Foundation. This unique structure provides meaningful progression pathways for pupils and families, as well as broad development and career opportunities for staff across the wider Group.

Our teams are united by a shared belief in the power of education to change lives. By continuing to grow our Trust and welcoming new expertise and perspectives, we aim to strengthen our schools further and extend the positive impact we have on our communities.
