About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at London South East Academies Trust (LSEAT). This is a fantastic opportunity to take the helm of our recruitment activities, drive innovative talent strategies, and ensure we attract and secure top-tier talent to support our mission of excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the Trust.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring adherence to safer recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement effective recruitment strategies, with a focus on hard-to-fill roles.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events, including fairs and in-house initiatives, to promote the Trust as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain oversight of recruitment data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies, procedures, and equal opportunities monitoring.
  • Innovate and enhance candidate attraction strategies, ensuring the Trust’s branding and benefits package stand out in a competitive market.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a skilled professional with:

  • Proven experience managing recruitment campaigns and leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the education sector.
  • Expertise in safer recruitment practices, employment law, and equal opportunities monitoring.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with HR/People software solutions and recruitment platforms, coupled with excellent IT and communication skills.
