About the role:

Are you practical, reliable and looking for your first full-time job since leaving school or college? We’re offering a great opportunity to start your career as a Site Apprentice at Bramley Grange School.

You’ll be supported to gain real hands-on experience while working towards a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship, delivered by East Surrey College. Over the course of the programme, you’ll learn a broad range of building maintenance skills while playing an important role in helping us keep the school safe, clean and welcoming for pupils and staff.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day upkeep of the school buildings and grounds

  • Assisting with maintenance jobs like decorating, basic repairs and gardening

  • Helping with deliveries, furniture moves and classroom set-ups

  • Learning how to carry out regular health and safety checks

  • Working safely and professionally as part of a small, friendly team

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone reliable, enthusiastic and ready to learn

  • A good team player with a practical approach to work

  • Willing to work both indoors and outdoors, in all weathers

  • No experience needed – just a commitment to the full apprenticeship and a positive attitude
